French chef Christian Viollaz has been invited by Lugano Swiss Bistro restaurant and André, its owner, to be a guest chef on February 22 at the Barnyard in Carmel. Christian will offer a 4-course menu, each course paired with a wine as a prix fixe menu for $59.00.
