Déjeuner de Noël will be Sunday, December 8th at noon. We need your reservations before Monday, December 2 at the latest. It will be held in a private dining room with round tables, a nice Christmas decor and a piano. Chef Herman, renowned for its excellent cuisine offers the following menu at $ 37.00 per person :
Green and red mixed salad, half poached pear topped with warm goat cheese and nuts, papaya, chips
Pan seard filet of salmon encrusted with sweet basil, yellow tomatoe fondue and squash Provencal
Croustillant de canard with potatoes au Gratin, celery root, sweet and sour red cabbage
Warm Christmas pudding , with ice cream and sliced strawberries
Water, coffee and tea are free. The house wine (Merlot, Chardonnay or Chiant) is extra.
At the end of the meal we will sing traditional French Christmas carols.
