Présentation: Le Sirop d’Érable du Québec

On Sunday, 29 March, Ms. Chantal Therrien, an expert in the making of maple syrup, will offer a presentation about the subject at 2:00 PM, C. Viollaz’s Offices, 704 Broadway, Suite C, Broadway Street, Seaside, CA. Ms. Therrien, from la Beauce, Quebec, grew up on a dairy and maple farm. When she was 17, she left the farm to study Modern Dance, finishing her degree in Theater at the University of Quebec, Montreal. Then, she completed specialized courses in yoga, acro yoga, and Circus Arts. Today, she shares her talents through teaching and performances. Below, a synopsis of the presentation:
